Marketing Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities include assisting the marketing department in a variety of tasks associated with tracking bid opportunities, producing marketing materials, and department administrative support and coordination all within the deadline. The best candidates are self-motivated, energetic, and able to effectively organize and manage a variety of tasks and responsibilities, able to work independently, and able to meet multiple deadlines and perform tasks in a team environment. Must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel; solid English skills in spelling, grammar, writing and proofreading. This is an excellent part-time entry level opportunity for someone working towards a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Engineering.

Field Engineering Technician

Responsibilities include construction monitoring and testing of soil, concrete, asphalt and other materials. This is an opportunity for training, certifications, and career growth. Previous experience is desired and ATTI, ACI, ICC certifications a plus. Must have High School diploma/G.E.D., own vehicle, insurable driving record, like working with people, and enjoy working outdoors. Applicant must be proficient with computers and use of MS Excel and Outlook. Excellent entry level opportunity for recent grads with a Civil Engineering or Environmental Science degree.
